1 to 5 Lane Pillow Bag Machines

Designed for flexible bag manufacturing in the food and beverage industry. Applications include Wine, Juice, Oil, Water, Eggs, Postmix, Dairy, Dunnage, Container Liners, Paint, Coffee, Detergent and many others. Bag configurations range from 500ml to 1000L. Lane configurations can be from 1 to 5 lanes.

Production First We deliver the fastest and most efficient Bag-in-Box machines in the world. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is calculated and displayed in real time directly on the machine, ensuring peak performance at all times.
Flexible Fast changeovers, automatic bag sizing, and support for a wide range of products enable you to respond quickly to customer demands. Using EtherCAT technology, adding new functionality or modules is as simple as connecting three cables.
Traceability Data is collected for every bag produced, providing full end-to-end traceability for your production team. Alarms and anomalies are logged and shared with maintenance teams to support FMEA analysis and preventative maintenance.
Verified Quality Vision systems, smart sensing, AI, and multiple closed-loop control systems verify the quality of every bag produced, ensuring consistent and reliable results.
